Cabana Boys Events

Nelson Brooks started Cabana Boys Events after seeing the same problem show up at group trips and weekend parties. One person ends up playing host the whole time. They run to the store, mix drinks, clean up, and keep things moving while everyone else relaxes. He built Cabana Boys around the idea that a paid host can take on those tasks so the group can focus on the day.

The service is simple. A small team shows up to the house, pool, or rental and handles the parts of a party that usually fall on the organizer. They bartend, set up the space, run party games, help with photos, and do light cleanup. The group provides the alcohol and supplies. Cabana Boys provides the people and the structure.

Brooks first built the business in Scottsdale. It was a good fit for the type of events that happen there, especially weekends built around pool time, rented houses, and big group plans. The business leaned into bachelorette trips, birthdays, and other celebrations where people want a fun atmosphere but do not want to manage all the details.

For a while, Brooks treated it like a side project while he also worked a full-time job in software. He spent his off-hours building the system, hiring and training staff, and figuring out what customers wanted most. Over time, Cabana Boys became a repeatable package that could work in more than one city.

After Scottsdale, the business expanded into other destination markets. Cabana Boys Events now lists locations that match the same type of customer demand, including places like Palm Springs, Southern California, San Diego, and South Florida. The broader Party Host Boys name also covers related teams in other cities under names like Cocktail CowBoys and Cocktail Boys. Each version follows the same general format, with local staffing and booking.

The way the business talks about itself is direct. Cabana Boys is not positioned as adult entertainment. It is positioned as party staffing. The hosts show up in themed uniforms, keep the vibe upbeat, and help the party run smoothly, but the work is still service work.

Cabana Boys grew because it solved a clear problem for a specific type of customer. Group travel has become more common, and many people want their weekend plans to feel organized without adding extra work for the person who booked the house. Brooks built a business that fits into that gap by offering a defined service that groups can book in advance and use for a set number of hours.
