When skateboarding was first invented the idea was to get a piece of wood with wheels to feel like a surfboard. It’s been the unattainable holy grail of skateboard design for decades, but somebody has finally done it. Hamboards are giant surfboard-like skateboards, or land boards, that allow you to surf the urban ocean. The creators of Hamboards went into the Shark Tank asking for $100k for a 15% share of the company. Both Daymond and Robert made offers, and in the end, Hamboards made a deal with Robert for $300k and 30% equity.
