Lee Dahlberg, a fashion model, pitched his Rock Bands on Shark Tank. That would be unisex leather bands (python, crocodile, snake, calf hides) embellished with exotic stones that Dahlberg claimed contain healing powers. The bands were attractive and well made. Robin Leach, who the sharks seemed to know personally and host of Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous, helped Lee with his pitch. Lee name-dropped some of the celebrities wearing his RockBands: Bono, Johnny Depp, Jack Nicholson, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. Lee was straightforward discussing the problems with his business and how he was trying to solve them. Mark and Daymond offered a deal, but with it all, RockBands never made it big.
It appears Mark and Daymond didn’t follow through. Lee is still looking for investors. RockBands does not have its own website. They are available on Lee’s website along with his custom-built furniture and his artwork. He also advertises himself as a model and an actor. And on the side, he does stand-up comedy.
