Uprising is a low carb and gluten-free bread alternative made without preservatives. It is sold in a cube that can serve 8 – 10, and lasts up to 6 months in the freezer, up to 4 weeks in the fridge, and 2-3 days on the counter in open air.
Uprising was founded by William & Kristen Schumacher and Mark & Sara Frommeyer. The team experimented for eight months to dial in the perfect recipe, including testing different metal alloys of baking pans.
Uprising bread tastes like a sourdough and is made from almonds, psyllium husk, flax seeds, egg whites, apple cider vinegar, salt, water, and baking powder.
