Wellingtons owes its inception to a challenge familiar to many: the quest for the perfect dinner. Founders Arya and Anastasia Alexander faced this predicament one pandemic night, finding themselves dissatisfied with overly complex or humdrum recipe options. Instead of settling, they embarked on a culinary adventure that led to the creation of their now-famous Wellington dishes. Over the span of three months, they fine-tuned their recipes, serving them to friends and family every Wednesday. This endeavor was not confined to just the traditional Beef Wellington; they expanded their offerings to include unique twists like Chicken Pot Pie Wellington, Salmon Welly, and even Breakfast and Burger Wellingtons.
Their experiments met with overwhelming approval, and two years later, Wellingtons operates out of a commercial kitchen in Los Angeles. No longer a small, home-based operation, the company has partnered with established marketplaces like Pink Dot, Goldbelly, and Locale Market to distribute their Wellingtons nationwide. In a true fairytale ending to their culinary journey, Arya and Anastasia also tied the knot in June 2022.

Large Beef Wellington: Designed for sharing, this version takes the classic beef wellington up a notch. It includes a 16-ounce Chateaubriand filet mignon, making it an ample dish that can serve 2-4 people.
XL Beef Wellington: This one caters to larger gatherings, featuring a 32-ounce Chateaubriand filet mignon. Like the Large Beef Wellington, it uses the company’s homemade mushroom garlic and shallot duxelle and is recommended for 4-6 people.
