Anytongs is a new kitchen tool that allows you to easily turn your flatware into functional kitchen tongs. This innovative product is designed to make food handling more convenient and sanitary, while also saving valuable storage space in your kitchen.
One of the key features of Anytongs is its ability to quickly and easily attach a variety of flatware using tension strength. The rubberized slots are tapered to accommodate flat-styled handles of varying widths, shapes, and even curves, so you can use your existing flatware to create multiple tongs without taking up precious storage in your kitchen.
Anytongs is designed to keep your flatware securely in place while in use. The fine-tuned torque hinge operates smoothly for maximum control, precision, and comfort, and can withstand nearly 12lbs of pressure. This means that your flatware will remain securely in place, even when you are handling heavy or large items.
Anytongs is compatible with the majority of flat-shaped eating utensils, making it simple to handle food in any situation. For example, you can use a spoon and a fork to make salad servers, or two spoons to create tongs for removing bagels from the toaster. You can use two forks to make a pair of grill tongs.
While cooking, you can easily switch tongs to handle different tasks. With Anytongs, you can insert your utensils into the rubberized slots, tug, and have instant tongs, without disrupting your cooking flow. This also means that there will be less mess to clean up, as you don’t need large utensils.
Another benefit of Anytongs is that it helps to promote good food handling hygiene. According to health and food experts, using the same kitchen utensils to prepare meats and vegetables increases the risk of cross-contamination. With Anytongs, you can easily swap out eating utensils to make new tongs, so you always have a clean, hygienic tool on hand.
Anytongs is also designed with sustainability in mind. The product is made of durable and recyclable polypropylene, and the packaging is made of eco-friendly, sustainably sourced Kraft cardboard. Anytongs works with manufacturers who are committed to making a positive impact on the environment and society, and have a track record of good business ethics.
Anytongs was successfully funded in 2020 through a Kickstarter campaign. Its compact and lightweight design, easy storage and use, and commitment to sustainability make it a must-have kitchen tool for anyone looking to make their food handling more convenient and sanitary while also minimizing clutter in their kitchen.

Tog Samphel went into the Shark Tank seeking $150,000 for 20% equity in Anytongs. This put his proposed business valuation at $750,000.
With Anytongs being a relatively small business, The Sharks weren’t convinced there was a big opportunity here but Daymond John took a stab at it with a lowball offer of $150,000 for 49% ownership. This cut Tog’s valuation by more than half, and meant it may be difficult for Tog to raise additional investment rounds in the future without giving up majority control over his company.
With no other offers on the table, Tog accepted the terms of the deal and left the Shark Tank with the $150,000 he wanted and a new partner to help him steer the company.
