Bounce Boot Camp combines inflatable obstacle courses, castles and slides into a fun program that engages youth of all ages and backgrounds. While bouncing in the inflatable equipment is not only fun, it has also shown to be an excellent source of exercise. The program allows youth to enjoy the many benefits sports and fitness have to offer, while also being a positive source of stress relief.
Founded by a former NFL player, Thomas Hill, Bounce Boot Camp has been shown to improve cardiovascular health, core strength, balance, and coordination. The program has a heavy focus on educating the youth on the significance of staying active and healthy and how that can positively impact their bodies. Through introducing multiple sports, fitness movements and nutritional games, youth can better develop their core strength, speed and agility, hand-eye coordination and footwork.
